At Shondy & Co we offer to have your orders delivered in a timely manner ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Processing time:  All orders are processed in 2-4 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday excluding holidays.

Please note that some items are made to order (this information can be found in the product description).  Please allow 5-7 business days for the processing of these items.

Shipping time: US orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail. After processing and leaving our location, items usually take between 3-5 business days to reach its destination.  Please note, the USPS is experiencing higher than normal volumes due to COVID and packages may take longer than expected to arrive.  Please wait 15 business days before contacting us for packages that haven't arrived.
